Why we don't charge for this.
Because we're not a marketing agency and we don't want to be one. An agency gets paid whether the leads convert or not — that's the whole problem with the category.
We make money when your cases resolve. So the leads have to be good, the intake has to convert, and the files have to be worked properly. Those are all our problem now, which is exactly the point.
We don't sell this separately, and we don't sell it to firms who aren't clients. It only works when the same partner is doing all of it.
